Description: Crossroads provides carers to provide a respite relief service to carers of people of any age and with any disability, in their own home. The primary carer does not have to be living in the same house as the cared for person but must be providing substantial care and support to allow the person to live at home. Service provision confined to South Bucks and Chiltern District areas.
