Welcome to The Buckinghamshire Mental Health Guide

Welcome

Welcome to the fourth edition of the Bucks Mental Health Guide.

We hope that you find this a useful guide to organisations in Buckinghamshire providing services for people with mental health difficulties. Information is correct at the time of going to press but users should be aware that details might change after publication has taken place.

Buckinghamshire Mind has facilitated the production of this guide with input from service users and funding from Oxford and Buckinghamshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust (OBMH). We are grateful for the feedback we have received on previous editions and would encourage users of the guide to pass on any suggestions for improvements.

Buckinghamshire Mind and OBMH see the provision of accessible information about mental health services as an important means of promoting better mental health.

The involvement of service users and their carers in the development of mental health services is key to ensuring that services reflect the true needs of those suffering with mental health difficulties. Further details of how to participate in the consultative mechanisms that are being developed can be obtained from Buckinghamshire Mind or OBMH.
