For: Adults with mild to moderate mental distress. This includes people with depression, anxiety and stress, and those who are experiencing distress due to difficulty coping with major life changes, work or relationship problems.

Referral methods: GP, and any other statutory health professional

Open: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Description: - Assessment - Short-term talking therapies: CBT type therapies and other therapies for mild to moderate depression, anxiety, low self-esteem - Support with self help - Help with social difficulties such as housing & employment - Assistance with finding/accessing help from other services
