For: Adults with mild to moderate mental distress. This includes people with depression, anxiety and stress, and those who are experiencing distress due to difficulty coping with major life changes, work or relationship problems.

Referral methods: GP, and or any other statutory health professional.

Open: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

9am - 5pm

Description: - Assessment - Short term talking treatments: CBT type therapies & other therapies for mild to moderate depression, anxiety, low self esteem - Support with self help - Help with social difficulties such as housing and employment - Assistance with finding/accessing help from other services.
