Description: A multi-disciplinary team offering specialist assessment, treatment and care to adults with mental health problems in their own homes and the community. The team provides individual and group treatment in the community to people living with a range of mental health issues ie: schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, post natal depression and other depressive disorders, enduring anxiety disorders and personality disorders.
