Day Services - The 7-9 Club
(Back to Day Services introduction & index)

The 7-9 Club based in High Wycombe is for adults experiencing mental health difficulties. The club provides an unstructured and non threatening environment for people to socialise and relax. The club also offers the opportunity to make and meet friends at the club and out and about. Indoor sports and games are provided, and light refreshments are available. Sometimes we'll go out to a pub, bowling or some othere activity out and about.

The club is open on thursdays between 6:30pm and 8:30pm. Referral needs to be made by your local CMHT (Community mental health team). If you aren't in touch with your local CMHT and feel that a service like this is relevant and beneficial to you then ask your GP to put you in touch with them.
