Milestone is one of the Day Services provided by Bucks Mind. It is based in High Wycombe and is for adults experiencing, or recovering from, mental health difficulties or distress. The service provides an opportunity to socialise in a supportive, non-judgemental environment. Information, activities, courses and trips are offered. And light lunch and refreshments are provided.

Milestone is open on wednesdays between 9:30am and 3:00pm. Referral needs to be made by your local CMHT (Community mental health team). If you aren't in touch with your local CMHT and feel that a service like this is relevant and beneficial to you then ask your GP to put you in touch with them.
