The Monday Club is one of the Day Services provided by Bucks Mind. Based in Chesham it is for adults with, or recovering from, mental health difficulties. The Monday Club provides support, information, social activities and adult learning in a non-threatening, non-judgemental environment. Drinks and snacks are available.

The Monday Club is open on mondays 9.30am - 3.00pm. Referral needs to be made by your local CMHT (Community mental health team). If you aren't in touch with your local CMHT and feel that a service like this is relevant and beneficial to you then ask your GP to put you in touch with them.
