Day Services - Park Club

The Park Club is one of the Day Services provided by Bucks Mind. Based in Chesham it is for older people with some form of dementia or mental health problem. A social club for older, mentally frail people.
It offers good company, stimulating activities and a cooked lunch in a safe, homely environment.
The club also provides a respite opportunity for carers.
The Park Club is open on tuesdays, wednesdays and thursdays between 9:30am and 2:30pm. Referral to the club can be made by anyone - yourself, a carer, a GP, social care or the CMHT.
Sun house has ramp access and adapted toilets.

The Park Club is held at Sun House,
32 Church Street, in the centre of the map below. The train station can be seen on the map and is only a few minutes walk from the club. All bus routes stop in the junction of Blucher St and the High Street, some may stop nearer. Bus timetables and routes can be found at the council website here, and train times here.
