Buckinghamshire Mind’s Education and Training Services are a key to ensuring that everyone gets the information, support and care they need to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

We have recently reviewed the service and we now have a whole new catalogue of Education and Training courses and sessions aimed at professionals, educators, parents, carers and the public and private sector.

We continue to deliver Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training, which is always in demand. Additionally, we have kept two of our most popular sessions:

Pressures and Stressors, which explores the pressures that young people are facing today.

Mental Health Awareness Talks and Presentations, which are very much in demand.

New sessions include:

Because you’re worth it! This course looks at self-esteem and empowerment.

Wellbeing toolbox, which looks at the 5 Ways to Wellbeing, with resources and activities to help stay well.

What our service users say:

“You delivered a powerful message and the staff and students will have gained a real understanding about what mental health is.”

Head of PSHCE and Teacher of Science, Cottesloe School

“Thank you for sharing your assembly with us today. Mental Health is a key issue and I know the children learnt a lot.”

Early Years Leader and Music Co-ordinator, Disraeli School and Children’s Centre
