Carers Trust Thames

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Carers Trust Thames primarily provides respite breaks for carers, but because the families we support also require many other services, we have expanded our remit to include care at homeinformation, advice and peer support activitiesLive In Care, group activities and specialist services.

We support adults and children of all ages, from 3 to 103 at the moment, with a wide range of disabilities and health conditions. We offer a person-centred approach that is flexible to the needs of the client, promoting their independence and choice. Many of our services are free for the customer – funded by social care contracts or budgets or grants – however we also support people funding their own care.
