Employment Support

For COVID-19 updates, please see our homepage.

We provide flexible Employment Support tailored towards each individual’s needs.

We offer guidance and specific support through courses aimed at increasing your confidence and improving your CV writing and employment skills.

Who is this suitable for?

The service is open to anyone over the age of 18 who feels ready to engage in work and needs some support with staying on track with their goals.

What can I expect?

After receiving your referral form, you will be allocated an initial appointment. We work with you to make the most of your skills and talents and together we create an action plan, which includes aims and goals going forward. We will provide support with employment forms and applications, preparation of a CV, interview techniques and advice with addressing the sometimes difficult issue of disclosure of previous illness.

We link with a network of partners to provide training aimed at specific job related skills as well as increasing your confidence and self-esteem.
