Hello, I’m Hannah. I am a Recovery Worker for the Mental Health organisation, Bucks Mind and I work in collaboration with the Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. I have recently started working at the Whiteleaf Wellness and Recovery Centre in Aylesbury as the Facilitator of Recovery Focused Groups.
My role is to meet as many patients and service users as possible and gain an understanding of what it is you feel you need in order to support you during your own recovery journey. Through listening to your ideas and getting to know you, I aim to create a range of recovery focused groups for our timetable.
My background is in the Performing Arts, so don’t be surprised if you catch me pirouetting down the corridors! I’m a big fan of the great outdoors, muddy dog walks and spending time with my family. I have a keen interest in Mental Health Wellbeing
and believe in a holistic approach when embarking on a recovery journey. I am currently taking time out from my studies in Counselling and Psychotherapy and hope to pursue this in the future in conjunction with Mental Health Nursing.
I look forward to welcoming you into any of these groups. Please contact me if you wish to join ~ referrals only.
