Recovery Focused Groups for Service Users

These groups are available to all Buckinghamshire Mind Service Users over 18 years old who are seeking recovery from mental ill-health.

Afternoon Tea

Every Wednesday, 1pm – 3pm

Come along to the Whiteleaf Centre Café for a free tea/coffee and snack. No referrals needed, everyone is welcome to drop-in whenever they like during the 2 hours. Enjoy chatting to other service users or simply relax in a safe and comfortable environment.

Walking Group

Every Wednesday and Friday, 10am – 12 midday

Join us in Aylesbury for a gentle walk and friendly chat. No level of fitness is required, however we do walk in all weathers so ensure you wear appropriate shoes and clothing for the day.

Music Group

Every Thursday, 1:30pm, Aylesbury

If you love to sing, play an instrument or just want to listen to music melodies then the music group is for you. Join us on Thursdays when we sing a whole range of songs, chosen by you.

Young Adults Social Club

Every Monday, 2:30pm – 4:30pm

For young adults aged 18-25, come along and socialise with like-minded individuals whilst doing a range of activities. From having a chat in a local café to picnicking in the park, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

Creative Writers

Every Tuesday, 12:30pm – 2pm

Come and explore your imaginative side with our creative writing group. No level of writing skill required, just enthusiasm and passion for writing. Please bring your own notebook and pen, or laptop if you prefer.
