Support, Time and Recovery Service

The Support, Time and Recovery (STaR) service supports people to manage their mental health and recovery.

Who is it suitable for?

People over the age of 18 who live in East Berkshire and are experiencing a mental health problem.

What can I expect?

Following an initial assessment, a STaR Worker will work with you to create a six-month support plan tailored to your needs. This will be structured to identify your immediate and future goals. The STaR workers can support you to access opportunities or peer support groups help you with self-care and recovery. The service runs online drop-in sessions and works flexibly to offer online or face-to-face appointments.

How can I access this service?

Referrals to this service can be made through your Care Coordinator or Support Worker at the Community Mental Health Team, through the Mental Health Integrated Community Service (MHICS), Adult Social Care or your GP.


There is no charge for this service.
