Article published on: Friday, 27 April 2018

During May and June, please vote for Bucks Mind at Tesco stores in Aylesbury and Wendover to help us secure funding to deliver mental health awareness assemblies to schools in Aylesbury Vale.

Bucks Mind has successfully applied for Tesco Bags of Help Scheme Grant to support the emotional wellbeing of children through school assemblies on mental health. Now our project, along with the other two successful projects from other organisations, will go forward to a vote in Tesco stores. Customers will decide the outcome by voting for their favourite project each time they shop.

To vote, you will need to make a purchase within store of any value. You will receive one token per transaction and it’s not necessary to purchase a carrier bag in order to receive a token. Voting will take place from Tuesday 1 May to Saturday 30 June 2018.

The project with the highest number of votes across your region will receive £4,000, the second placed project £2,000 and the third placed project £1,000. So, the more funding we receive, the more schools we can help – so please get voting from 1 May!
