Mental health problems can affect anyone, any day of the year. However, World Mental Health Day on 10th October, is a great day for schools, communities and individuals to show support for better mental health and for everyone to start looking after their own wellbeing.

The theme for World Mental Health Day 2017 is workplace wellbeing. So, whether you’re an individual looking to boost your own wellbeing or an employer seeking advice on supporting your staff, there are a range of ways you can get involved.

Buckinghamshire Mind will be delivering free mental health awareness assemblies to five schools in Bucks for World Mental Health Day. Each school is holding a mufti day in aid of Buckinghamshire Mind on 10 October.

We will also be fundraising and raising awareness in recognition of World Mental Health Day at the Eden Centre, High Wycombe, on Saturday 7 October. Please come along and see us.
