On International Women’s Day, Monday 8th March, Bucks Mind is hosting an online drop-in mental wellbeing session via Zoom from 12-2pm. Facilitated by our Counselling Service team, the event will focus on the Five Ways to Wellbeing:
- Being active
- Taking notice (being in the moment)
- Keep learning
Attendees can join in, talk about mental health and find out about our services. Everyone is invited to wear purple for the session, in recognition of International Women’s Day.
