Trustees’ Week is on 3-7 November. It’s a chance to recognise the fantastic contribution our Board of Trustees make to our charity and to say a huge ‘thank you’ for their incredible support.
Bucks Mind is led by a passionate, dedicated and experienced Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees.
Together they bring a wealth of diverse, specialised experience across a variety of sectors including Health, Mental Health, Social Care, Psychology, Compliance, IT, Project Management, Finance and HR.
We are always looking for Trustees to strengthen our Board. Being a Trustee is a great way to bring enormous value and make a difference to your local community and support a cause that you are passionate about. At the same time, you can broaden your own skills and experience whilst also building relationships with people that you might not be otherwise be working with.
We are currently seeking a Trustee with specific expertise to join our Board. If you have the following skills and experience, we’d love to hear from you:
- Experience, expertise and knowledge to provide scrutiny of safeguarding arrangements and promotion of best practice.
- Provide strategic oversight of our activities and performance related to safeguarding.
- Provide advice and guidance to the Board and staff team relating to safeguarding practices.
- Support us to explore effective safeguarding practices throughout the organisation.
