The theme for this year’s World Mental Health Day, 10th October, is ‘Mental health is a universal human right’.
This means that everyone, whoever and wherever they are, has a right to the highest attainable standard of mental health.
In Buckinghamshire and East Berkshire, we’re always working hard to ensure that everyone in our communities has access to high quality mental health services.
Buckinghamshire Mind will not give up until everyone with a mental health problem gets both support and respect.
What can you do to help?
- Donate to Bucks Mind to help fund our vital mental health services.
- Take part in the challenge to raise funds and improve your own wellbeing.
- Share Bucks Mind’s messages on social media, to help us reach more people.
We understand that many people are not able to donate or fundraise at the moment, due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. But you really can make a difference simply by sharing our posts on social media or telling friends and family about our mental health services. The more people we can reach, the more people we can help.
