In Buckinghamshire, we provide a wide range of housing, wellbeing and community support services to help people build stability and independence. This includes supported accommodation at Bearbrook Place, rough sleeper outreach, tenancy sustainment and specialist support for people leaving prison and those with No Recourse to Public Funds. We also deliver Safe Haven+ mental health support to help prevent crisis and reduce hospital admissions. Across all our services, we focus on practical, compassionate support that helps people move forward and prevent homelessness wherever possible.
