Article published on: Monday, 05 September 2022

Bucks Mind understands that many of us are worried about money and our finances right now. There is often a link between struggling with money and our mental health. So now, as ever, we want to remind our community that we are here to support everyone, where we can.

Over the coming weeks and months, we will continue to signpost online to sources of information for support, tips and advice relating to the cost of living crisis and how to support your mental health and wellbeing.

Please look out for this information on our website and social media pages: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.

If you or someone you know needs support with money, mental health or both, you might find these suggestions helpful to empower yourself and others to take positive steps.

Please share and keep in mind those who do not have digital/online access or that are less digitally able and need further help accessing support information shared online. Can you write down, print or copy the information and share?
