It is with great sadness, that as of 19th March 2020 we were required to suspend face to face counselling or any 121-client facing work across our organisation.

This does not include Bucks Safe Haven service which will be working in a controlled NHS approved set of circumstances for the time being.

This applies to the following services:

This is in line with the very strong public health messaging being communicated from the Government, Public Health and the NHS regarding limiting all social contact and practicing social distancing during the Covid 19 Coronavirus pandemic.

Although we will not be running any services that include meeting with any service users in 121 situations – as in keeping with the loss of our wellbeing groups – we will still be offering a range of support in varied and creative ways to help our service users navigate their mental health during this crisis.

Once again, we do this with very heavy hearts and Buckinghamshire Mind will of course aim to get all these support models up and running again as soon as we receive the appropriate communications from the government.
