Eating Disorders Support is a local charity providing help and support to anyone affected by an eating problem including their carers/family and friends. We offer confidential support via our phone helpline and our email helpline. If you live locally we also run a fortnightly self-help group on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month during 7.15pm – 9.00pm at Friends Meeting House, Whielden Street, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, HP7 0JB, the meetings are free, but a voluntary contribution is appreciated (up to £2 suggested).
