The service is for anyone affected by mental health issues – whether they are service users, carers or friends. Callers may speak in Asian languages (Gujarati, Punjabi, Hindu, and Urdu) or English. Calls to 0808 80 numbers are free from landlines and mobiles in the UK and do not appear on itemised bills.
