SANE is a specialist national mental health charity, and our mission is to improve the quality of life of anyone affected by mental illness in the UK. We provide confidential, emotional support to all those touched by mental health problems through our Helpline, Caller Care, and Text Care services. We were the only specialist mental health charity open over Christmas and New Year, a time when more people in distress call us. However, SANE receives no government funding and so relies entirely on the generosity of supporters like you to ensure we can continue providing hope and guidance every day of the year.
