SOBS is a national charity with more than 65 groups. The Aylesbury group meets on the second Thursday of every month.
It provides support and connection with others who have been bereaved by suicide. The Helpline is open every day of the year from 9.00am to 9.00pm. This gives an opportunity to talk in confidence to someone who has been bereaved by suicide and know that you are not alone. See also the website for more information and support.
