In April, Buckinghamshire Mind shared national Mind’s survey, asking you to take part in the research on the impact of coronavirus on your mental health.

In South East England, 2,316 people responded:
• 61% of people in the South East say their mental health has worsened during lockdown
• 30% did not access services because they didn’t think their issue was serious enough

Buckinghamshire Mind will continue to work resiliently over the coming months to ensure we can help support our community’s mental health needs in the best way we can.

We encourage anyone with a mental health issue to reach out to Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust’s Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire 24/7 support lines:
Adults – please call 0800 783 0119.
Children and young people – please call 0800 783 0121.
