Mind The Gap is launching a weekly men’s peer support group at the Healthy Living Centre in Aylesbury, starting Wednesday 2 March, from 11am to 1pm.

The group is a friendly, welcoming place for men over the age of 18 who are experiencing social isolation and low mental health. It is an opportunity to meet peers with similar experiences, support each other, take part in social activities, visit the local community, and relax with a tea or coffee. Group attendees will lead the choice of activities and conversation focus, there will also be a male Wellbeing Worker facilitating each group.

The group is free to attend, however attendees are responsible for any low cost activity or refreshment costs.
