Stress Awareness Month has been held every April since 1992 to increase public awareness about both the causes and cures for our modern stress epidemic.
We all experience times of stress and a little bit of stress can be expected. But when stress accumulates or ‘snowballs’ over time, it can lead to overwhelm, not being able to cope and even physical health conditions.
This month Bucks Mind will support this awareness campaign with tips, information and advice on recognising stress and steps one can take to help reduce their stress. Please follow @BucksMind on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Often we need to seek help and support to work through and manage our stress and this is okay.
