Susu’s background has been in Investment Banking in the City and in Asia. Following a MBA at INSEAD, France, she moved to New York, USA, to work as a Director of Product for technology company Doubleclick (now Google Analytics).

Susu moved back to the UK, working with Sweaty Betty, the leading women’s activewear company. Prior to joining Buckinghamshire Mind, she was Chair of the board of trustees for Smile Train UK, the leading charity providing free cleft lip and palate surgeries throughout the developing world.
