Fees

How much we charge for our services is dependent on what they cost to run and whether we receive any funding, for example from the NHS or County Council.

Wellbeing Services

Attendance is usually by referral from a mental health team professional and funding must be agreed for £18.50 or £39/week membership via direct payments where possible.

Alternatively people can self fund or use their Personal Independence Payments.

Option 1: £18.50 per week

  • 1 Covid-secure bubble group a week for 4 people
  • A monthly call from staff
  • Daily zoom sessions
  • Our monthly newsletter
  • Access to our closed Facebook groups

Option 2: £39.00 per week

  • 1 or more Covid-secure bubble group a week for 4 people (where available)
  • A weekly call from staff
  • Daily zoom sessions
  • Our monthly newsletter
  • Access to our closed Facebook groups

This pattern of membership is proving beneficial for people during the pandemic as groups are small, safe and provide more support and individual attention than usual.

Counselling for Adults

Buckinghamshire Mind’s Counselling services are committed to providing accessible and affordable therapy. We operate a sliding scale of fees that considers your financial circumstances, whilst contributing towards the realistic cost of providing our service. The maximum fee for Counselling for Adults is £45 per session and the minimum fee, for service users who are unemployed/on benefits, is £15 per session. The fee you agree will also be the fee you will pay for the initial assessment.

Please note that from 2nd January 2020 the minimum fee for counselling will increase to £20 per session.
