Whether it be a bike ride, sponsored walk or half marathon, taking on a sporting challenge is a great way to get fit, provide you with a positive focus at the same time as helping people in your community struggling with their mental health.

You may like to take on your own challenge, or you may have secured a place in an established event either way our fundraising team are on hand to support you every step of the way. They can help you set up a Just Giving Page. To raise money for Buckinghamshire Mind, send you a t-shirt to wear when taking on your challenge and help celebrate your achievement after the event!
