Our bespoke mental health training, delivered in partnership with Buckinghamshire Council’s Public Health team, has been shortlisted for the ‘Improving Public Health Practice to Reduce Health Inequalities’ award at the UKPHR Practitioner Conference and Awards 2025.

The training ensures more accessibility and greater reach by delivering shorter, bespoke mental health awareness courses and talks for people in the community that aren’t able to take the time out of their working week to attend a full one or two-day course.

One of the people who benefited from these courses said: “It’s made me think about these issues in a more positive way and has given me a better perspective to be able to help.”

So far the training has reached food banks, construction workers, faith organisations and learning institutions, in addition to the hairdressers and barbers who attended our workshops in 2023.
